KNowledge Effects and Meta-Data Karma: Robert J.Pefferly at TEDxTallinn

Robert J. Pefferly is a mathematician, computer scientist and business man with a wide spectrum.
He started his university studies in the U.S. Army Coast Guard Academy, continued in California and gained his PhD degree from Edinburgh. Rob has been involved in various scientific and educational projects, academic organizations, government agencies and private sector in both the U.S. and Europe. He is currently working as a lecturer at the Estonian Business School in Tallinn. His attention is focused on data analysis and mathematical modeling.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
